This is a business that has grown through reputation, recommendations and long-standing client relationships. With an impressive portfolio of projects spanning healthcare, education, commercial, transport, industrial, leisure and infrastructure, they've secured a strong pipeline of work for the next 2–3 years and are now looking to welcome an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their team.

The Opportunity

This isn't a role where you'll be just another number in a large consultancy.

You'll be joining a close-knit, experienced team, working directly alongside the Directors in a business where your opinions matter, your contribution is recognised and you're trusted to get on with the job.

Initially, you'll take the commercial lead on significant healthcare developments, providing a full range of pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services from inception through to completion.

As you settle into the business, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience across an exciting and varied portfolio of projects.

Who Am I Looking For?

Ideally, you'll be an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in construction cost consultancy.

You'll be confident managing projects independently, comfortable delivering both pre and post-contract services and someone who enjoys building strong relationships with clients.

MRICS accreditation would be fantastic, although I'd also be interested in speaking with experienced Quantity Surveyors who are currently working towards chartership.

Above all, I'm looking for someone who's commercially astute, personable, proactive and genuinely interested in building a long-term career with a business that will support their ambitions.

You don't necessarily need to be a Senior Quantity Surveyor already. If you're an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who's ready for more responsibility and looking for that next step, I'd be equally interested in having a conversation.
