Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a well-established main contractor, is recruiting for 1-2 Quantity Surveyors to support their upcoming £90 million scheme in South Wales – immediate mobilisation!
The Role: You will work within a dynamic commercial team on this flagship project, handling day-to-day QS responsibilities with opportunities for rapid development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measurement, valuation, and cost control
- Subcontractor administration and payments
- Change management and variations
- Assisting with cost reporting and forecasting
Requirements:
- Proven QS experience in construction (main contracting preferred)
- Good understanding of standard forms of contract
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or related field
