Quantity Surveyor – Office Fit Out | London | Hybrid Working
£50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Progression

A leading Design & Build office fit-out contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its established London team. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office, site, and home working.

This opportunity would suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor with experience in office fit-out, interiors, or refurbishment projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Commercial management of office fit-out projects
• Cost planning, budgeting and procurement
• Preparation of valuations, variations and interim applications
• Subcontractor management and order placement
• Final accounts and client negotiation
• Supporting pre-construction estimating and tender pricing
• Managing multiple small works projects (typically up to £200k)

The business is a £50m turnover Design & Build contractor with over 20 years’ experience, delivering full in-house services across design, fit-out, furniture and project delivery.
