Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Commercial or Healthcare build sector and are looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to join an ambitious company who are in a great period in growth with a strong pipeline of work?

This growing construction company specialise in the construction of commercial projects in and around the Midlands. With the majority of their projects being new build projects, ranging from healthcare to student accommodation. They are currently growing a great rate with a strong pipeline of work, this is why they are looking to add to their long standing and dynamic work force with this exciting opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities where you will be working from the office and visiting sites across the Midlands and further when needed. In this role you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish. Where you will be preparing detailed bills of quantities, tender documentation and managing any variations throughout the project. As well as that you will also be required to visit sites where you will be liaising with both on site teams and clients to ensure projects are running smoothly and you can help solve any problems as they arise.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has previous experience working on projects within the commercial new build or healthcare sector and who also holds a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to sites when necessary.

• Working on Commercial Construction projects

• Based in their office in Birmingham, with site travel across the midlands

The Person:

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor
• Previous experience working on commercial and care home construction projects
• Commutable distance to their office in Central Birmingham and willing to travel to sites
• Full UK drivers license
