QUANTITY SURVEYOR – COMMERCIAL FIT OUT & REFURB – CENTRAL LONDON

Client

Our client is a long established contractor, with a long list of impressive fit-out and refurbishment projects in and around Central London. The client is well respected, successful and financially strong.

Job Summary:

Quantity Surveyor to oversee high spec fit-out and refurbishment projects in Central London. Reporting into the Commercial Manager.

Role / Responsibilities 

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high spec fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Managing the day-to-day work on site.
• Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company’s requirements and budgets
• The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Working day to day along the production, design, pre-construction teams
• A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines.        

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• An industry applicable degree qualification.
• Proven track record within a similar sector.
• RICS

Individual:

• Experience working on high spec fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Previous UK Construction experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage an onsite commercial team
• Strong work ethic
• An excellent communicator.
• Have strong commercial awareness.
• Good IT knowledge
