I'm working exclusively on behalf of a highly respected construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing infrastructure team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on major water infrastructure projects, including a desalination scheme and water recycling site in Colchester, while building a long-term career with a consultancy that genuinely invests in its people.

The Role
- Deliver commercial support across major water infrastructure projects.
- Manage costs, valuations, variations and financial reporting.
- Administer NEC contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent stakeholder management.
- Attend project and client meetings, acting as a trusted commercial advisor.
About You
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK construction industry.
- Previous experience delivering water sector projects is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
