Job Description:
 
  • Monitor customer request handling progress to ensure issues are resolved, answered, and closed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and optimize business-related software/tools, including form templates and workflow optimizations.
  • Responsible for building, maintaining, and accumulating knowledge in the fault case library. Conduct applied research and key technical breakthroughs for quick-response services e.g., knowledge graph technologies, remote assistance, support technologies, etc..
  • Manage the full lifecycle tracking of customer request receipt, handling, and closure.
  • Responsible for Aircraft On Ground AOG emergency response and follow-up work.
  • Handle service requests based on published manuals, technical data, and supporting documentation.
  • Responsible for engine fault information reporting.
  • Write and publish quick-response case studies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Majors in Aeroengine Design, Aeronautical Engineering, Power Machinery, or related aviation disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience in civil aeroengines or 2+ years of experience in aircraft/engine OEM quick response support.
  • Experience in fleet support, fleet management, troubleshooting, and technical support; familiar with technical support processes for civil aeroengines or aircraft.
  • Strong written English communication skills; proficient in office computer software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, coordination, execution, and stress-tolerance skills.

Candidates must be willing to live and work in Shanghai for 1-3 years initial contract.
