Quoting assistant

We’re looking for an individual to join our growing property maintenance team to help with quotes for our customers. This is a field-based role where you’ll visit multiple residential and commercial properties across London in a day to help quote maintenance and refurbishment works.

Responsibilities include:

• Attend appointments at residential and commercial properties across London.
• Assess maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works.
• Measure up jobs and identify the labour time and materials required.
• Complete quotations using our mobile app immediately after each visit.
• Take clear photographs and notes to support every quotation.
• Discuss labour rates or material costs with your supervisor if you’re unsure before submitting a quote.
• Provide a professional and friendly experience for every customer.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Happy travelling around London using public transport.
• Construction or property maintenance experience is an advantage, but not required.

We will:

• cover travel expenses

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into the construction or property maintenance industry. No previous experience is required. We will train you through our process.
