Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Rapid Response Cleaner responsible for recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio, working in line with their Sector Manager’s area requirements.

This role involves travelling between multiple sites and responding to changing operational needs, with rotas defined on a weekly or daily basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high cleaning standards across a varied portfolio.

The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and ownership of cleaning outcomes across all assigned locations. Working hours fall within an 8-hour window between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Friday, with a company van provided for travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations across assigned sites
• Respond promptly to requests from the Sector Manager
• Complete periodic cleaning tasks to 100% in line with client specifications and schedules
• Adhere to all client security procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain effective working relationships with client representatives and colleagues
• Ensure familiarity with site opening and lock-up procedures
• Conduct site familiarisation for new employees, including cleaning regimes and waste processes
• Monitor stock levels, maintain tidy storerooms, and report shortages to the relevant manager

Person Specification

• Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
• Willingness to travel between multiple locations
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Friday
• Strong time management skills and reliability
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to build professional working relationships
• Capable of managing workload and priorities effectively
• Flexible and responsive to changing operational needs
