We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Birmingham seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right teacher.

The Role

• Full-time Reception Class Teacher.

• September start.

• Long-term position with the opportunity to become permanent.

• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging EYFS lessons.

• Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.

• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

• Working collaboratively with the Early Years team and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Has a strong Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) background or specialism.

• Has experience teaching within Reception or Early Years.

• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management.

• Is passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences.

• Is committed to raising standards and helping every child reach their full potential.

• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to complete their induction, providing they have an EYFS specialism or substantial Early Years placement experience.
