As Reception Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Reception department by:

• Overseeing daily front office operations and supporting the reception team
• Acting as the departmental lead in the Front Office Manager's absence
• Providing hands-on leadership by working alongside the team at the front desk
• Leading daily briefings, team meetings, and training sessions
• Managing guest interactions and ensuring exceptional service standards
• Taking ownership of additional responsibilities delegated by senior management
• Leading by example in both guest service and team performance

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management position within hotel front office operations
• Good working knowledge of Opera PMS
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• The ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
