Reception & Service Administrator

Location: Wandsworth
Salary: £28,000 + Bonus (up to £500 per month)

Are you an organised, customer-focused administrator looking to join a busy, professional main dealership? We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Reception & Service Administrator to become a key part of their friendly and supportive aftersales team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the welcoming face of the business while providing essential administrative support to the Service Department, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Managing reception duties, including handling calls and enquiries.
• Preparing service job cards.
• Supporting the Service Advisors with day-to-day administration.
• Using Keyloop/DMS to manage customer and vehicle information.
• Providing general administrative support across the aftersales department.

About You

• Previous administration and/or reception experience within the motor trade is desirable.
• Experience using Keyloop would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.

What's on Offer?

• Basic salary of £28,000
• Monthly bonus of up to £500
• Monday to Friday only – 8:00am to 5:30pm (42.5 hours per week)
• 22 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays
