Are you available to start work immediately? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional and friendly Receptionist to support a busy site in Sandwich on a short-term temporary assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills, and can provide a welcoming first impression to visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
• Handling administrative and clerical tasks
• Monitoring visitor sign-in procedures
• Maintaining a professional reception area
• Supporting the wider team with general office duties
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

What We're Looking For

• Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative ability and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications
• Reliable, professional, and personable manner
• Ability to start immediately
• A current and valid ENHANCED DBS
