I am currently recruiting a Receptionist/Office Administrator role for a local engineering business. There is career progression within this role for the future.
Duties
- Answer customer enquiry emails/phone calls and redirect as necessary
- Maintain and update service record spreadsheets
- Update Flowlens enquiries and assign to appropriate personnel
- Assist Service Administrator with paperwork and reminder emails where required
- Maintain customer relations ensuring polite and professional standards via email and on the phone
- Book lodgings for field service engineers
- Generate RAMS for service and installation using the company H&S portal
- Send weekly service email reminders to customers
- Document filing
- Work both within a team and individually to fulfil daily activities in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure Handfed paperwork is completed in time for dispatch
- Ensure customer documents are filed appropriately and in accordance with government legislation
The salary for this role is up to £30,000.
Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
