Part Time - 30 hours per week

Are you an organised and proactive coordinator who thrives on keeping processes running smoothly and delivering exceptional support?
We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting recruitment, onboarding and people processes across Anglian Water. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, supporting candidates (via phone and email) and hiring managers, organising events, managing diaries, maintaining accurate records and helping to document and improve key processes.
As a central point of contact, you'll ensure a great experience for candidates and stakeholders whilst keeping multiple activities on track. From arranging interviews and assessment events to producing reports, managing data and supporting onboarding activities, you'll be instrumental in helping the team deliver excellent service.
This role would suit someone who enjoys administration, loves being organised, is confident using technology and takes pride in delivering high-quality support and attention to detail.

Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong diary management and coordination skills, including arranging interviews, meetings and recruitment events.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate, compliant and up to date.
Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and SharePoint.
Ability to create, maintain and improve process documentation, guidance and records.
Experience of working with data, reports and spreadsheets, with a good understanding of data accuracy and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues.
Confident managing your own workload and working independently when required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Experience in recruitment administration or coordination would be beneficial but is not essential.
