Recruitment Administrator Intern - Liverpool

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Administrator Intern to gain practical experience across T3AM Global, JobNav and Prospect Leaders.

You will gain a unique view of the employment market from three different perspectives: a recruitment business helping companies hire, a recruitment technology platform connecting employers and candidates, and a talent accelerator helping people develop practical skills and progress into careers.

You will support our recruitment and talent activity while learning how modern recruitment operates from candidate attraction through to placement.

You will take responsibility for:

* Supporting the posting and management of job adverts
* Searching for and identifying potential candidates
* Reviewing CVs and candidate applications
* Supporting candidate registration and interview coordination
* Maintaining accurate candidate, vacancy and CRM information
* Communicating with candidates and supporting their recruitment journey
* Assisting with wider recruitment, research and administration projects

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:

* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence speaking with different people
* Good general IT and administrative skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Other DESIRABLE qualities/skills include:

* Previous administration or customer service experience
* Interest in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition
* Experience using Microsoft Office or CRM systems
* An interest in business, sales or technology

* Practical experience across three growing businesses
* Learn the complete recruitment process
* Exposure to recruitment technology and AI
* Experience working with real candidates and vacancies
* Training in recruitment systems, candidate sourcing and CRM technology
* Mentoring and commercial experience
* Potential progression into recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, sales or operations
