In your past/current role, you ensure that you strive to understand your customers' needs and deliver the appropriate service to match those needs.    

You are driven to hit and exceed KPI’s and you relish a challenge. 

You have proven experience working in Engineering / Construction recruitment either as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a Business Development capacity. 
 
 

About the job  

Our Construction Division is on a steady growth path and require a new Business Development Managers to support new business accounts.  

Your responsibilities:  

• Acquisition of new client accounts
• Taking detailed job specifications from your client.

• Management of both clients and candidates’ expectations  

• Arrangement of interviews  

• Job Offer management  

• Expanding Orion's reach within the business to ensure all available business opportunities are maximised  

• Attendance of regular on-site client meetings  

• Sales lead generation
