Are you an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're working with a well-established and growing care organisation in Wolverhampton who are looking for a confident and hands-on Recruitment Business Partner to join them on a 6-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, partnering with hiring managers and making a real impact across recruitment and onboarding.
The Role
As Recruitment Business Partner, you'll take ownership of a busy recruitment portfolio, supporting the business to attract, recruit and onboard candidates across a range of care-based roles.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns from attraction through to offer and onboarding.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver against vacancies.
- Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring roles are filled efficiently and to a high standard.
- Supporting the full candidate journey, including pre-employment checks and onboarding.
- Advising managers on recruitment best practice and helping to improve recruitment processes.
- Building strong candidate pipelines and using a range of attraction methods to engage the right talent.
- Monitoring recruitment activity, identifying challenges and putting solutions in place.
- Working collaboratively with HR and operational teams to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
About You
We're looking for someone who has experience working within care, healthcare or a similarly high-volume recruitment environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly within high-volume hiring.
- Previous experience recruiting within care, healthcare or a regulated environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to partner with managers at all levels.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work at pace.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on delivering a great candidate experience.
- Experience with onboarding and pre-employment processes.
This is a hands-on role where you'll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, managing volume and building strong relationships across the business.
