Recruitment Co-ordinator

FT Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our client, a specialist fulfilment and logistics company that is experiencing continuous growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the recruitment process.

The Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing candidates and supporting the workforce throughout their journey with the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinating candidate onboarding and documentation
• Processing weekly payroll and ensuring candidates are paid accurately and on time
• Managing candidate holidays, absences and availability
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases
• Communicating regularly with candidates to provide updates and support
• Working closely with the wider recruitment and operations teams
• Helping to ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently
• Resolving candidate queries and handling any issues professionally

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident dealing with people.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience within recruitment or logistics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and administration skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail, particularly when handling payroll and candidate information
• A proactive attitude and the ability to manage your own workload
• A genuine interest in building a career within recruitment and logistics
