Blue Arrow - Edinburgh & Livingston £27,000 - £32,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus

Are you a driven recruiter who loves winning new business just as much as building great client and candidate relationships?

Blue Arrow is looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing teams in both Edinburgh and Livingston. This is a true 360 recruitment role where you'll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, sourcing candidates, and delivering exceptional service from vacancy brief through to placement.

• Winning new business through proactive sales activity, networking and relationship building
• Developing and growing existing client accounts
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification to placement
• Interviewing, sourcing and matching candidates to opportunities
• Negotiating rates, terms and service agreements
• Attending client meetings and conducting site visits
• Building talent pipelines in your specialist market
• Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
• Working towards and exceeding sales, GP and activity targets

• Previous recruitment experience in a 360 role preferred, but strong sales professionals will also be considered
• Proven track record in business development or account growth
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset
• Ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships
• Self-motivated, resilient and ambitious
• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Competitive basic salary of £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
