The role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with businesses across Yorkshire to identify and attract finance professionals ranging from transactional finance through to senior leadership appointments.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll build lasting relationships, provide expert recruitment advice and become a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships
  • Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to successful placement
  • Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates
  • Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment consultancy
  • Building and maintaining a strong network within your specialist market
  • Delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates
  • Achieving personal and team performance targets
About you We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is motivated by achieving results.

You might already have recruitment experience, or perhaps you've built your career in finance, accountancy or another commercially focused role and are looking for a new challenge where your industry knowledge can make a real impact.
