THE ROLE:
- Attracting, interviewing, Inducting & Onboarding of new workers.
- Ensuring the customer’s staffing requirements are fully met.
- Managing a temporary workforce.
- Responsible for weekly payroll and KPI reports.
- Responsible for PPE distribution and management.
- Daily liaison with client management and candidate pool.
- Attending daily operational meetings.
- Providing an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposes.
- Rotating weekly shifts (early & afternoon)
- Ensuring full compliance and legislative adherence.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT
- Experience within the recruitment industry would be an advantage although training will be provided.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or processing environments an advantage
- Good IT skills including Word/Excel & email.
