One Choice Healthcare is looking to partner with a driven Recruitment Consultant to build and scale a high-performing healthcare recruitment desk within an established, compliance-led healthcare brand.

What you’ll be doing

• Scaling a high-performing healthcare recruitment desk within an established brand
• Winning, developing and managing long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner rather than a transactional supplier
• Sourcing, engaging and placing high-quality healthcare professionals using your network, market knowledge and sourcing strategies
• Delivering contingency and retained recruitment solutions tailored to different client needs
• Running your workflow with a business mindset, managing your time, priorities and pipeline with autonomy, accountability and commercial focus

Who this is for

This opportunity is for you if you:

• Have proven experience in healthcare recruitment (contingency, retained, RPO, full recruitment cycle) and managing client accounts independently
• Are ambitious, confident, commercially driven and self-motivated, comfortable with sales and BD
• Thrive with autonomy and responsibility
• Communicate confidently and build strong, professional relationships
• Have a strong network or the ability to build one
