Recruitment Consultant job in Watford – DOE + Uncapped Commission | First Year OTE £60K – £70K+

Key Responsibilities

• Build new business through outbound calls, emails, and relationship development.
• Engage with employers and job seekers daily, matching talented candidates with exciting opportunities.
• Attend meetings with clients ranging from start-ups to established global businesses.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Source niche and high-calibre talent across the technology sector.
• Represent and promote the Hexwired brand within the technical recruitment market.
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit, high-performing team.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in a sales, customer-facing, or fast-paced environment.
• Evidence of being a high achiever, whether through work, academics, sports, or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated by results and financial rewards.
