360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant - Stoke-on-Trent

£28K–£35K DOE + Uncapped Commission - OTE up to £45k

My Client is seeking someone who is a confident and driven 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join an established, people-focused recruitment business with a well-known brand.

You’ll be responsible for winning new business, managing existing clients, sourcing and interviewing candidates, attending client meetings and delivering a great recruitment service from start to finish.

What they are looking for

• Previous recruitment experience is essential

• B2B sales experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A positive, driven and can-do attitude

• Full driving licence and own vehicle
