Teach Tiny, our nursery recruitment company, is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is a varied and people-focused role where you will be speaking with both clients and temporary staff on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who is confident and comfortable on the telephone, enjoys building relationships and is able to communicate professionally and positively with a wide range of people.

The role will involve speaking with nurseries and childcare settings to understand their staffing requirements, as well as talking to our temporary staff and helping to match the right people to the right opportunities. Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage, but we are also happy to consider someone with strong communication and customer service skills who is keen to develop within recruitment.

This is a part-time position, and we are flexible with how the hours are worked. We will consider school hours spread over five days, or three full days per week, depending on what works best for the successful candidate.
