Recruitment Consultant in Telford, Telford and Wrekin

Major Recruitment is currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for their office in Telford.

This role is office based and full time.

Salary – dependent on experience

Commission

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

25 days + bank holiday – increases with service

Free parking

Responsibilities:-

• Manage a full recruitment desk
• Contacting potential clients by phone and email and identifying opportunities
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from taking the vacancy, sourcing candidates through to placement
• Visiting Clients

Skills and experience:

• Previous recruitment experience
• Business development experience
• Excellent customer service experience
• Confident when speaking to Clients or Candidates
• Full driving licence
