Starting salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission from day one.

• Hospitality - restaurants, bars, hotels and customer-facing roles

• Graduate backgrounds - particularly graduates who worked alongside studying and have demonstrated a strong work ethic

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll connect talented education professionals with schools across the UK.

Your role will include:

• Interviewing and qualifying candidates

• Building strong candidate relationships

• Developing relationships with schools and clients

• Matching candidates to opportunities

• Managing your own pipeline

• Working towards weekly KPIs

• Business development and sales

• Negotiating and closing deals

• Growing client accounts

• Learning advanced communication, sales and influencing skills

You won't be left to figure it out yourself.
