Manpower is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our newly opened branch in Tilbury, Essex. Specialising in driving and logistics recruitment, you'll build strong client partnerships, connect talented people with meaningful opportunities and play a key role in the growth of an exciting new branch.

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop new business opportunities, grow existing client relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that help businesses thrive.

Working within the driving and logistics sector, you'll become a trusted recruitment partner to your clients while building a successful desk in a fast-paced and rewarding market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through business development and account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to placement.
• Deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet client needs.
• Develop your market knowledge and establish yourself as a specialist within your sector.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs.

Who we're looking for

• Previous recruitment experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A commercial mindset with the confidence to win and develop business.
• Resilience, ambition and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within driving, logistics or transport recruitment would be advantageous.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for client visits.
