Recruitment Consultant

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Braintree Town Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established, growing Recruitment Agency. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle in our Industrial & Driving division. This is a warm, well-established desk with huge opportunity of growth. This is a 360-recruitment role and the successful candidate must be commercially aware and have a strong sales/business development background. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source, register and place suitable candidates across warehousing, manufacturing & driving roles.

• Working in a fast paced, predominantly temporary recruitment environment.

• Identifying opportunities for growth with current clients.

• Identifying opportunities and following up on new business opportunities.

• Completing end to end recruitment cycle including arranging interviews, placement aftercare, sales & business development, recording accurate CRM notes, ensuring compliance & attending client meetings. 

• Taking a proactive approach to place candidates with businesses.

• Understanding and proactively working towards targets.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Strong recruitment, sales or business development background.

• Proactive & commercially aware.

• Driven by earning potential.

• Confident & energetic communicator. 

• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.

• Able to understand targets and forward plan. 

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 4pm.

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE + Uncapped commission.
