Meridian Business Support is seeking an experienced White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our Head Office team in Wythenshawe.

As a White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on recruiting professional and technical talent within the construction sector while developing strong relationships with contractors and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement
- Building and developing client relationships
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Negotiating offers and delivering an excellent customer experience
- Achieving individual and team targets
To succeed as a White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will have:
- Consultants or Senior Consultants looking to take the next step in their career
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within construction or a professional recruitment sector
- A proven track record of building client relationships and generating revenue
- Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills
- A driven, target-focused approach and desire to progress your career
