It involves a lot of phone calls, plenty of rejection, chasing people who don't call you back, finding candidates who disappear at the last minute - and occasionally wondering why you ever thought this was a good idea.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a career in recruitment and has the drive, personality and ambition to make it happen.

We’re a small, independent recruitment agency based in Chichester, specialising in Hospitality & Retail Management recruitment. We work with some brilliant businesses and brands across the UK, and we’re looking for our next recruit to join the team.

What we're looking for

We don't necessarily care whether you've worked in recruitment before.

In fact, you might be exactly what we're looking for if you're currently working in:

• Sales
• Hospitality
• Retail
• Estate agency
• Car sales
• Account management
• Customer service
• Or pretty much any job where you've had to deal with people and hit targets

Someone who doesn't need to be chased to pick up the phone.

What will you actually be doing?

Recruitment is essentially a mixture of sales, relationship building, problem solving and a lot of talking to people.

You'll learn how to:

• Source and interview candidates
• Headhunt and approach people who aren't actively looking
• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Generate new business
• Manage your own vacancies from start to finish
• Negotiate salaries and offers
• Work towards targets and KPIs
• Build your own network within the industry
• Ultimately, develop and run your own recruitment desk

And we'll teach you how to do it.
