Location: Plymouth / Remote – covering Plymouth and surrounding areas within approximately 50 miles
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 DOE + Commission
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: Remote / Field Based

The Opportunity

Paradigm Employment Services are recruiting for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment and workforce solutions business covering Plymouth and the surrounding region.

We're open to two types of recruiter for this position:

An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who enjoys developing clients as well as managing candidate delivery; or an experienced Resourcer / Delivery / Fulfilment Consultant whose real strength lies in finding, engaging and placing candidates against active client requirements.

The key is understanding fast-paced recruitment and being able to successfully support workforce requirements across industrial, manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics, agriculture, farming and similar sectors.

The Role

Depending on your experience and strengths, your responsibilities could include:

• Managing recruitment requirements across Plymouth and approximately a 50-mile surrounding radius.
• Sourcing, screening and registering suitable candidates.
• Managing candidate availability and building strong local talent pools.
• Advertising vacancies across job boards, social media and other channels.
• Proactively searching databases and approaching passive candidates.
• Matching candidates against client requirements quickly and accurately.
• Coordinating interviews, placements, starts and ongoing candidate communication.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Supporting the fulfilment of high-volume and time-sensitive staffing requirements.
• Working closely with the wider sales and business development team.
• For 360 Consultants, developing new client relationships and identifying additional business opportunities within the territory.
• Maintaining accurate candidate, vacancy and client information through the CRM.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will have previous recruitment experience as a:

360 Recruitment Consultant | Recruitment Consultant | Resourcer | Candidate Consultant | Delivery Consultant | Fulfilment Consultant

Experience recruiting within any of the following would be particularly valuable:

Industrial | Manufacturing | Production | Engineering | Warehousing | Logistics | Agriculture | Farming | Construction or related sectors

You'll need to be proactive, organised and confident working remotely, with the ability to build relationships and manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.

For this particular opportunity, you don't have to be a natural new-business salesperson. If you're an excellent candidate recruiter who knows how to source people, build talent pools and successfully fulfil vacancies, we'd still very much like to speak with you.

Location

The role will focus on supporting clients and candidates across Plymouth and locations within approximately a 50-mile radius.

The position can be predominantly remote based, although you should be suitably located to understand and support the local candidate and client market.
