Recruitment Consultant | Belfast City Centre | Up to 35% Uncapped Commission

The role

You'll manage your own niche market from day one, running the full recruitment process end to end: business development with clients, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, closing placements. You'll be supported by our internal training programme, an 8-10 week structured course with a dedicated trainer, plus ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.

Earnings

• Competitive Base salary, plus uncapped commission up to 35%, paid monthly
• Successful consultants typically earn between £1,000 and £15,000+ in commission per month
• Additional bonus opportunities in your first 6 months, on top of commission
• No cap on what you earn

Progression is based on performance, not time served. Targets for moving up are clear from the outset.

What we're looking for

• Sales experience
• At least 6 months of experience working to targets and KPIs
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Financially motivated
