The Role – Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage and develop your own 360 recruitment desk
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Win new business through sales calls, client meetings and account development
- Manage vacancies from brief through to placement
- Deliver temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
- Achieve KPIs, revenue targets and personal performance goals
- Work closely with compliance and operational teams to provide an outstanding service
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Who We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Resourcers, Delivery Consultants or Recruitment Consultants
- Previous recruitment experience in any sector
- Ambitious individuals looking to develop within a 360 recruitment and sales environment
- Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, proactive and target-driven
