RECRUITMENT RESOURCER – TRADES & LABOUR

Location: Allied Recruitment Services Ltd

Allied Recruitment Services Ltd is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Trades & Labour department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop a career within the recruitment industry.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30am – 5:30pm
• Friday: 07:30am – 5:00pm

Holiday Entitlement:

• 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates for Trades & Labour vacancies
• Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media platforms
• Screening CVs and conducting candidate registration interviews
• Building and maintaining a database of skilled trades and labour workers
• Conducting reference checks and right-to-work verification
• Matching suitable candidates to client requirements
• Managing candidate availability and bookings
• Liaising with clients regarding staffing requirements
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and compliance documentation
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with daily resourcing activities
• Handling incoming calls and candidate enquiries
• Assisting with onboarding and induction processes
• Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment legislation
• Supporting our Driving and Industrial division and our payroll manager

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous recruitment or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
