Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, social media, job boards and cutting-edge recruitment technology
• Conduct candidate interviews and screenings
• Build relationships with candidates and understand their career aspirations
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and identify suitable candidates
• Manage candidate registrations and maintain accurate records
• Complete compliance and pre-employment checks
• Support the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
• Identify new business opportunities and market intelligence
• Assist the wider team with administration and sales support activities
• Deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients
