As our business continues to grow internationally, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Fareham and help us source exceptional aviation talent.

The Role

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and referrals.
• Conducting telephone interviews.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Screening candidates against technical and client requirements.
• Coordinating interviews and supporting the recruitment process.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and compliance documentation.
• Building long-term relationships with aviation professionals worldwide.

About You

• Previous recruitment or recruitment resourcing experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, motivated and professional approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Aviation or engineering recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
