What you'll be doing

* Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and networking.
* Screening and interviewing Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
* Building strong relationships with candidates and keeping track of their availability.
* Coordinating placements across a fast-moving temporary desk.
* Writing and posting job adverts.
* Supporting consultants with client requirements and live vacancies.
* Making sure compliance and right-to-work checks are completed.
* Keeping accurate candidate records and activity on our internal CRM.

What we're looking for

* A graduate, or someone with experience in sales, customer service or another target-driven role.
* A confident communicator who's comfortable on the phone in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
* Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
* A resilient, proactive mindset and the motivation to succeed.
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
* A real interest in building a long-term career in recruitment.
* Available to start as soon as possible.
