Key Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates
• Sourcing and matching candidates for both temporary and permanent vacancies
• Creating and posting engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
• Actively searching job boards to identify suitable candidates
• Screening candidates on skills, qualifications, availability, location, and salary expectations
• Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process

Skills & Experience

• Previous recruitment experience beneficial but not essential
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service approach
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Calm, confident, and adaptable under pressure
