Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Warwick / 3 days per week on-site (mandatory)

Contract Type: 3 months with possibility for extension

Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support the delivery of recruitment activity across a range of roles. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle, identify suitable candidates and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

This role will suit an experienced recruiter who is confident managing multiple vacancies, sourcing candidates proactively and providing recruitment support within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide appropriate sourcing support.
  • Create and publish engaging job adverts across relevant recruitment channels.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases and professional networks.
  • Review applications, screen candidates and support shortlisting activity.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Provide recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Support offer processes, including candidate communication and negotiation.
  • Ensure recruitment activity follows agreed processes, policies and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate attraction approaches.
  • Support recruitment projects and initiatives as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working within recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes from attraction through to offer.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads.
  • Experience using recruitment systems, LinkedIn and online sourcing tools.
  • Understanding of UK recruitment practices and employment legislation.
