Are you an experienced Recruitment or Resourcing professional looking for your next opportunity within a unique and fast-paced environment?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Recruitment & Talent Co-ordinator to join the HR team of a well-established luxury hospitality business based in North Yorkshire.

This is a varied, hands-on recruitment role where you'll play a key part in attracting, engaging and hiring talent across the business. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, manage vacancies from advertising through to offer stage and develop talent pipelines for future opportunities.

You'll also have the opportunity to build relationships with schools, colleges and external organisations, attend careers and networking events and explore new ways of attracting talent within the hospitality sector.

Essential:

  • Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition
  • Strong CV screening and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Confident building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience using job boards and recruitment platforms
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Desirable:

  • Previous hospitality or hotel sector experience
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience building and maintaining talent pools
  • Experience attending careers fairs, networking events or working with schools and colleges

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising vacancies through to offer stage.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce needs.
  • Draft and post vacancies across the ATS, social media and relevant recruitment channels.
  • Manage applications and support with CV screening and shortlisting.
  • Conduct telephone screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future vacancies.
  • Develop new ways to attract and engage hospitality talent.
  • Build relationships with schools, colleges, external organisations and community partners.
  • Attend careers fairs, networking events and other recruitment events.
  • Work closely with the HR team to support onboarding documentation and Day One induction.
  • Support managers with the ATS and help them get the most from the system.
  • Produce recruitment reports and support recruitment KPIs.
  • Track and manage recruitment spend.
  • Ensure job descriptions and adverts are kept accurate and up to date.

About You:

You'll be a proactive and organised recruitment professional who enjoys working with people and building strong relationships. You'll be confident speaking with candidates, comfortable managing multiple vacancies and able to work closely with hiring managers across the business.
