Refuge Accommodation Practitioner Part Time

Apricus Resourcing are currently are currently supporting a Domestic Abuse Support Charity working onsite based in LE1 post code area of Leicester recruiting for a number of new exciting positions:

Part Time Dispersed Safe Accommodation Practitioner for a leading Abuse Recovery Service based in the LE 1 post code area of Leicester.

The successful applicant will be an experienced, compassionate individual who will be able to offer service users a first-class recovery in an industry leading working environment. 

Due to the need to meet clients at various locations a full driving licence and your own transport is required, fuel cost for travelling away from main base will be reimbursed. Please only apply if you have this. 

This role is working part time either:

Option 1: 28 Hours a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-4.30pm with 30 mins for lunch, on a maternity cover contract. 

Option 2: 22.5 hours a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-5pm with 30 mins for lunch, joining as a temp to be able to join quicker before becoming a permanent member of staff once needed paperwork if completed. 

You will provide a high-quality frontline service to individuals who may have experienced trafficking and modern slavery, including sexual and criminal exploitation, domestic servitude, and other forms of exploitation. The role will be based in a safe house in the city area of London supporting potential victims of modern slavery, and will also carry a small caseload of outreach clients across the city area of London.

In return for your commitment, we are able to offer a very competitive temp / maternity assignment rate of £16.82 per hour. 

If joining permanent the starting salary is at £26,421, with further regular reviews and increases to follow.
