Refuse Worker / Loader Vacancies – Bedford

Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm
Break: 30-minute unpaid break
Pay: Excellent rates available

We are currently recruiting Refuse Workers / Loaders to join a busy waste management team in Bedford.

This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work with competitive pay rates.

✅ Basic Rate: £17.01 per hour
✅ Overtime (after 42.5 hours): £25.52 per hour
✅ Sundays & Bank Holidays: £34.02 per hour

✅ Basic Rate: £12.71 per hour
✅ Overtime (after 42.5 hours): £19.06 per hour
✅ Sundays & Bank Holidays: £25.42 per hour

• Collecting household and commercial waste
• Working as part of a refuse collection team
• Loading bins and waste materials safely
• Following health & safety procedures
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous waste/recycling experience desirable but not essential
