Refuse Loaders

Position: Refuse Loader
Pay Rate: £14.56 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Refuse Loaders to join our waste collection team. This is a physically demanding outdoor role, working alongside drivers and crew members to collect household and commercial waste safely and efficiently.

• Collect household and commercial waste and recycling from designated routes.
• Load refuse and recycling bins onto collection vehicles.
• Return bins safely to their designated locations after emptying.
• Work as part of a team to complete daily collection rounds efficiently.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report any issues or hazards to the driver or supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with members of the public.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
• Good level of fitness and stamina.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
• Previous experience in waste collection or a similar manual role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Competitive pay of £14.56 per hour.
• Monday to Friday working pattern – weekends off.
• Weekly pay (if applicable).
• Full training and PPE provided.
