Refuse Loader

The Results People have an exciting opportunity for Refuse Loaders to work for our Client based in Woolston.

We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team and help us deliver an efficient, reliable waste and recycling collection service to residents across Warrington.

Location: Woolston, Warrington
Salary: £13.77 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Tuesday to Friday, 6:30am–4:15pm

As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a team across a range of collection services, including:

• Domestic refuse collections
• Recycling collections
• Food waste collections
• Green waste collections

You will play an important role in ensuring collections are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

We are looking for people who are:

• Reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic
• Flexible and able to work across different collection services
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Committed to providing a good service to customers
• Able to converse confidently with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English

Good communication skills are essential for this role.

The position is 37 hours per week over a 4-day working week, Tuesday to Friday.

Working hours: 6:30am to 4:15pm.

The available hours are full-day shifts within the operating days and times outlined above.
