Regional Manager | Kent | Maidstone Base

£65,000 + Mileage (Negotiable DOE)

JCO Healthcare is recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee three care services across Kent on behalf of a growing care provider.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Home Manager looking to step into a regional role, or an established Multi-Site, Regional, Domiciliary Care, or Learning Disabilities Manager seeking a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support and oversight across three services
• Drive quality, compliance, occupancy and operational performance
• Coach and develop Home Managers and wider teams
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans where required
• Act as the Home Manager during periods of absence, including annual leave, sickness, vacancies and other operational needs
• Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the Senior Management Team

About You

• Current or previous experience as a Home Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager or Multi-Site Manager
• Background in elderly care, nursing care, residential care, domiciliary care and/or learning disabilities
• Strong leadership, people management and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with a track record of delivering positive outcomes

Package

• £65,000 salary (negotiable for the right candidate)
• Mileage paid for travel between services
• Maidstone base with regular travel across Kent
• Senior leadership opportunity with a growing organisation
