The Role:

Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to expand market share within your regions.

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial cold contact to final contract negotiation.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including procurement leads and care home managers.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to position our services as the premier choice in healthcare staffing.

  • Remote Collaboration: Work independently while maintaining strong communication lines with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure service delivery matches sales promises

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Sector Expertise: Healthcare recruitment experience is essential. You must demonstrate a proven track record of selling staffing solutions within the UK healthcare or social care markets.

  • Sales Acumen: A natural ability to open doors, negotiate complex terms, and close deals.

  • Territory Management: Experience managing large geographical patches (specifically the South East or South West) is highly advantageous.

  • Self-Starter: The ability to work with total autonomy, staying motivated by targets and results.
