A specialist in temporary HVAC and temperature control solutions, providing commercial and industrial customers with a comprehensive range of temporary chillers, boilers, heating and cooling equipment. The business provides a complete turnkey service, from initial consultation and site survey through to installation and commissioning, supporting both planned projects and critical emergency requirements nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business across the North West for temporary heating, cooling and HVAC hire solutions
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for repeat and additional business
Target customers across FM, building services, manufacturing, healthcare, food & beverage, process cooling and other commercial and industrial sectors
Attend customer sites, understand technical requirements and work with engineering teams to develop appropriate hire solutions
Manage opportunities from initial enquiry and quotation through to order placement and ongoing account management
Develop relationships with FM providers, M&E contractors, consultants and end users throughout the region
Package:
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum

What You'll Need:
Previous sales or business development experience within HVAC, refrigeration, temperature control or equipment hire
Experience selling chillers, boilers, temporary HVAC equipment or associated engineering solutions would be highly advantageous
Strong track record of developing new business and growing existing customer accounts
Good technical understanding with the ability to identify customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Existing relationships across FM, M&E, industrial or commercial markets would be advantageous
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage and develop a regional territory
Full UK driving licence
