Overview

Confido have been exclusively appointed to support with a new search for a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) on an Outside IR35 contract basis.

This is an urgent requirement, and we're the only agency instructed on the vacancy. The client is seeking an experienced RBI who can start quickly and provide coverage across a well-established domestic project portfolio within Yorkshire (exact postcode areas available on request).

The workload is predominantly residential, with a small number of office fit-outs and minor commercial projects (under supervision if not 2D registered). You'll be working remotely, managing a structured inspection schedule, typically carrying out around 3-4 site visits per day.

This is an excellent opportunity for contractors seeking a straightforward assignment with a supportive client and a realistic workload.

Key Information

• Registered Building Inspector status (Class 2A minimum).
